If you do not turn up for your appointment we will send you a invoice for the FULL AMOUNT this can be paid via bank transfer. Details will be sent to you directly.
You will get an automated email from our booking system to remind you of your appointment which will notify you 48 hours prior to your appointment and at this point your appointment can not be cancelled or rescheduled you will need to contact the salon (Please see the policy on Cancellation/ Rescheduled)
We understand that things crop up and we forget appointments, however it isn't our responsibility to remind you of your appointment
Its simple you don't show up we don't get paid.
